Indigenous Cultural Adventures and Bush Tucka made its debut at the Taste Orange at Barangaroo food and wine festival, being held at Nawi Cove, Barangaroo Reserve in Sydney on Sunday 20 November2016. Serving up kangaroo sliders and pies and other bush tucka to festival attendees.

 

Founder Gerald Power “We are giving our Australian indigenous bush tucka food a 21st century twist that the public have now grown to enjoy the health benefits of a low-fat product and marinated with indigenous herbs and spices”.

 

In August 2018 Indigenous Cultural Adventures - Bush Tucka catered for the NSW Western Region Tourism Awards severing 1) Native spiced emu on wombok with bush pesto 2) kangaroo and cherizo skewer with spiced bush tomato and native herb relish.

Our menus also include (when available) - Crocodile, emu, kangaroo, yabbies’ Bush dampers, Johnny Cakes, Barramundi cooked in Paper Bark, and emu eggs etc.

 

We cater for corporate gatherings, NAIDOC events, Community and school Markets, Wineries and Open school days etc.

 

We also provide non-indigenous morning teas and lunches including scones, Anzac Biscuits, muffins, wraps, sandwiches, fruit platers and more.
